The location was convenient for accessing local amenities.
The room was not ready upon check-in, causing frustration. I encountered broken furniture that detracted from my comfort. The breakfast quality was poor, with stale options that were not pleasant to eat.

Plenty of meals for breakfast, including pancakes, fruit, eggs, bangers, and bacon. New-fashioned and huge room, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Stunning and magnificent location, very close to a two different bus stations.

All rooms were well laid out.
The hotel had a very central position adjacent to the sea, touristic area and bus, shopping mall and supermarket and storage space in the bathroom. The staff was best, provided a smooth check-in and a late check-out. The food was great, with a lot of options.

The bed was big, and the room itself was good.

Apart from the mix up with drink orders at dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The small pool was very dirty, not even our kids wanted to go inside. The bigger pool had not enough sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff apartments(or whatever it was) next to the grass/poolarea was very dirty. Overfilled ashtrays, dinnerplates with old food left at the side. No baked beans at breakfast, watery juices. Mixed up with orders, double charged for drinks at night.

Families will appreciate the detailed attention
The room was way more spacious than what I expected, very clean too with a nice little balcony overlooking the pool. Plus, the staff really came through when I needed an extra blanket, they were great.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly it came down to what you get for the price, and that was acceptable.

The room was excellent and very clean. Although we didnt have opportunity to use the pool area it was very good
Upon check in we were given a room which another geust was occupying so we had to return to reception to be moved. The lady behind the bar was very rude when asked for a drink and told us that she had a home to go to and that she was going!!!! Not a great impression of service at this hotel

Had a nice 3-night stay! The food was fantastic, with plenty of vegetarian options, and the indoor pool was a great spot to relax, but the room lacked some modern updates.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Double or Twin Room. The room was clean and spacious, great for my solo stay. But honestly, it felt pretty basic and a bit bland. The location was okay, but the view from my room was just the parking lot, not ideal. I heard other guests from the hallway which was a little annoying too. Just average for me, didn't feel special.

The hotel really cool I spent two nights there. Support for a nice, clean as this hotel is equipped with standard well. Pleasant atmosphere.
Breakfast buffet could have been a more diversified

For Euros 137.00 I was under the impression that the room had two bedrooms. I had my two children aged 21 and 14 plus myself. The aircon didnt woerk at all and that time in Cyprus was so very hot well above 45 degrees even after the sun was down.
